When will my order ship?
All orders placed before 3pm GMT/BST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, on weekends, or on UK bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
How will I know it's on the way?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can also see the latest status of every order under My Orders while you're signed in.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland only. We're working on Europe and the rest of the world — if you'd like to be notified when international shipping goes live, drop us a line via the contact page.
What if no one's home?
If your local Royal Mail delivery driver can't deliver, they'll leave a "Sorry we missed you" card with instructions for arranging redelivery or collection. The package will be held at your local depot for up to 18 days before being returned to us.
My order hasn't arrived
Royal Mail considers an item lost after 10 working days for UK destinations. If your tracking hasn't updated for that long, please email hello@makemesweat.shop with your order number and we'll get a replacement out to you straight away.
Returns
Sealed, unused decks can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened decks. Email hello@makemesweat.shop and we'll send you the return address — please don't send it back without checking with us first.
